The Andermatt Holiday Region has a new highlight with a great view. The wooden sun chair is a royal perch with the entire Ursern Valley at your feet.
The beautiful "giant seat" is located along the hiking trail from Andermatt to Nätschen, about two-thirds of the way. From Andermatt to the new viewpoint there are about 2 km of hiking trail and 300 metres of altitude difference to overcome. Some people will certainly find their new favourite spot here and from now on enjoy the best views.
This neat, unique piece was created in a private workshop in Andermatt during the pandemic period. With great attention to detail, a creative do-it-yourselfer created this well-shaped, wooden solid chair, which from now on invites you to sunbathe on the Kirchberg.
