The Oberalp Pass leads from Andermatt to Sedrun, from Uri To Graubünden. The Oberalp lake is located on the Uri side of the pass.

Description

The lake nestles idyllically into the alpine landscape and is easily accessed at the same time: By car on the pass road, by bike, on foot or with the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn to Oberalp Pass.

Fishing

The appropriate equipment can be hired or purchased at the restaurant Piz Calmot, on the Oberalp Pass. No sale/rental of fishing rods.

Fishing licence: A fishing licence is required for the Oberalp lake, and can be obtained at restaurant Piz Calmot. The Uri fishing licence is not valid here.

Fishing period: Approx. end of July until end of September, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. each day (look out for current information).

The day licence costs CHF 36, or CHF 66 for two days.

Six trout may be fished out of the Oberalp lake per day.
