Elegantly gliding or athletic action - a few hours on the Ice Rink Andermatt is a cool alternative to winter enjoyment on the ski slopes. This winter, the enlarged ice rink in Andermatt once again invites you to practise your pirouettes, compete in curling or enjoy a sweat-inducing hockey match. Ice skates as well as other equipment can be rented at the rink. For the youngest participants there are merry standing-aids available so that no one has to fall on their faces and the first laps go smoothly.
Countless pirouettes were performed, sweat-inducing hockey matches were held on the new Andermatt ice rink this season and the ice stock was also thrown very often.
The 2023/2024 season ended on Saturday, 16 March 2024.
We would like to thank all visitors and are already looking forward to the next ice rink season.
Ice skating makes thirsty: the Sportsbar-Andermatt is right next to the ice rink, where you can warm up and fortify yourself for the next round with drinks and snacks. In addition to the bar and restaurant, billiards, darts, table football and air field hockey are now also available.
The ice field in Göschenen is a natural ice rink. Weather and temperature permitting, the ice rink is open on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays from 1.30 to 6 pm.
