A vehicle from “mybuxi” is best ordered via the free App, that is available in the Apple App Store or in Google Play Store, and can be downloaded. As soon as name, e-mail address and mobile number are entered the user is registered and can use the service. Collection time, collection place and destination are entered as well as the number of passengers. En-route other guests who have booked a journey in the same direction could board. This permits so-called pooling and optimises the vehicles' usage. Get on / get off points are therefore always virtual stops, that are evident in the App.
The individual zones are defined in the zone plan and and orientated with the prices found in Public Transportation.
- A single ticket within the village of Andermatt starts at CHF 7 for locals and holiday guests.
- Children up to 12 travel free when accompanied by an adult.
- Young people from 12-16 travel at half price.
- With the 10-ride ticket, 1 ticket is required per zone.
- Guests pay for individual journeys directly in the vehicle by Twint, credit card or cash.
- With a monthly pass, guests can travel as often as they like in the zones purchased. The subscription pays for itself from three journeys per week.
- Subscriptions and blocks of 10 tickets can be purchased at mybuxi, at the Andermatt Tourist Information and at the Andermatt Swiss Alps Customer Services in Andermatt Reuss.
Mybuxi brings passengers to exactly where they wish to go to. Be it the starting point for a circular walk, shopping in the village or to a doctor's appointment.
