Master bedroom: Has a king sized bed and ample storage space to hang and store clothing. There are two windows one of which has a breath taking view of the valley and surrounding mountains.
2nd bedroom: Has 2 single beds of two sizes: 140x200 and 80 x 200 and comes with space to hang and store clothing. There is a window with a view of the village. This room has a slanted ceiling.
Living room: Is approximately 20 sq meters with a leather couch and sitting chair. A floor to ceiling window provides a fantastic view of the village and Ursern valley. There is a flat screen TV with cable and internet/WIFI.
Kitchen and Dining Room: The open kitchen overlooks the living room and is directly connected to the dining room. It has a stove top and combi over / microwave for cooking. There is a dishwasher for helping with the cleaning. There is basic cooking equipment and a fondue set.
The dining room has an expandable table (from 152cm to 223cm) and 6 chairs plus another 2 stools. There is service for up to 8 persons. Two windows offering fantastic views.

Description
This apartment offers great views of Andermatt and the greater Ursern valley. It is located on the Nätschen ski run into Andermatt offering direct access to the Gütsch ski lift. During ski season there is during the day shuttle service to the village, the Gemstock gondola station and train station. It is a 10 minute walk into the village.
The apartment comes with a garage for parking a car and also provides storage for ski and snow equipment in the winter and bike storage for other seasons.
For golfers the highly regarded Andermatt Swiss Alps 18 hole, par-72 championship course is visible from the apartment. There are two challenging 9 hole courses close by. Realp near the Furkastrasse is 11km away and Sedrun is 20km away and offers a chance to hit a drive over the Rhine river.
Conditions/extras
This is a non-smoking property. Ski boots are not allowed on the stairs.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00 and we ask for respect to other residents of the building.
